Modem Startup command: Download V.90 upgrades from your modem manufacturer

Baud Rate: 28.8-33.6 set at 38,800  56K (V.90) set at 57,800
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
Parity: none
Flow control: H/W

Connector or Comm Port: usually comm2
