Registering with My Yahoo! 
| It's easy. Just follow these step-by-step instructions: | |
| 1. | Click here to open http://my.yahoo.com in a new browser window at my.Yahoo.com. Or just cut-n- paste above URL into your Address: or Location: box at the top of your browser after opening a new window. The Welcome to My Yahoo! page appears. Then follow along with this guide by toggling browser windows. |
| 2. | Click the START YOUR OWN button at the top right-side of the page. The My Yahoo! registration page appears. |
| 3. | Type a Login name in the Choose a Login Name text box. Be sure to choose a Login name that you won't forget. My Yahoo! cannot give you a new Login name. My Yahoo! recommends that you use your e-mail address. |
| 4. | Type a password in the Choose a Password text box. Again, choose a password that you can remember. (Unlike your Login name, My Yahoo! lets you choose another password if you should forget yours.) |
| 5. | Type your password again in the Type Your Password Again text box. |
| 6. | Type your e-mail address in the E-Mail Address text box so that My Yahoo! can send you a confirmation of your registration. |
| 7. | Type your date of birth in the Birthday text box. |
| 8. | Choose your sex from the Sex list box. |
| 9. | Type your zip code in the Zip or Postal Code text box. |
| 10. | Choose an occupation from the Occupation list box that best describes your line of work. |
| 11. | Click the REGISTER ME NOW! button. The Personalize My Yahoo! page appears. |
| 12. | Next, check the boxes that match your interests under the topics News, Sports, Arts, Entertainment, Lifestyles, Music, Recreation, Shopping, and Technology. Remember, you can change your choices anytime after you are registered with My Yahoo!. |
| 13. | Then, type the ticker symbols of securities of interest to you. Separate the symbols by spaces or commas. If you don't know the ticker symbols of the securities you want to follow, don't worry. Leave the Stock Quotes section blank. Once you are registered with My Yahoo!, you can use My Yahoo!'s ticker symbol lookup to add the securities. |
| 14. | Finally, click on the USE THESE
INTERESTS button, and you're done. Your Login name and E-mail address appear.Please write
down you login name and password for future reference. |
| 15. | Click the TAKE ME TO MY YAHOO! button. Your personalized My Yahoo! front page appears. Then bookmark the page or add to your favorites. |
