activity information about each security included in your portfolio. To view more
information about a security, follow these steps: Click on the security's symbol in your portfolio. The following information
appears for the security:
- Last Trade - the time and
price of the last trade made for the stock.
- Change - the change in
price for the day. This is the difference between the last trade and the previous day's
closing price. The change is reported as 0 if the stock hasn't traded today.
- Previous Close - The
closing price of the trading day prior to the last trade reported.
- Volume - number of shares
traded.
- Day's Range - the low and
high price for the day.
- Bid - the price you will
get if you sell your stock.
- Ask - the price you pay to
buy a stock.
- Open - the opening price
for the first trade of the day.
- Ex-Dividend - the
ex-dividend date. You must purchase stock before this date to receive the current
quarter's divided or stock split.
- 52-week Range - the high
and low price of a stock over a 52-week period.
- Earn/Share, or Earnings Per Share -
the annual net earnings per share of stock, as reported by the company.
- P/E, or Price to Earning Ration -
the previous closing stock price divided by the earnings-per-share, reflecting the value
the market has placed on the stock.
- Div/Shr, or Dividend Per Share -
annual divided per share of stock, as reported by the company.
- Yield - the annual dividend
per share divided by the previous closing stock price, as a percentage.
- Chart, a visual display of
a stock's activity over a 3-month, 1-year, or 2-year period
- Recent Related Headlines -
news, research, etc.
